anita-wing-lee-profileAre you a member of any online communities? If so, what made you join?

I am no longer very active in any online communities, but when I was first starting out, I was in the Marie Forleo’s and Kimra Luna’s communities. They gave me a great place to meet other online entrepreneurs and to realize that I’m not alone. Over time, I’ve learned that it is often better for me to learn to listen to my own intuition. I have great friends that I’ve met in these communities.

What are – in your opinion – the most important skills a millennial needs to cultivate, and why?

The first is strength of vision. This is not a skill, but a quality and it is your ability to dream beyond your current means. Even if you have no idea how you will accomplish it, dream. This quality will propel you into the direction that you’re meant for in life. It will help you to let go of other’s opinions and listen to your heart.

How are you practicing those skills in your own life?

Meditation and yoga are big parts of my life because they help me to hear the voice of my vision and intuition. Spending time alone and not making any big decisions unless I am 100% sure of them help too.

What is your personal definition of success?

Success is getting to do what I love to do each day. Success is filling my life with the things that uplift me and getting to create things to help other people. Each day, if I can put my head on the pillow and feel like I did my best to make today an epic day, that is success.

What are YOU seeking help in at the moment?

I am not seeking anything. I am learning the art of NOT seeking. Seeking is a chronic condition of humanity and when we learn to arrive, not seek, that is true success. I am simply in the process of creating.

What excites you about being a millennial?

Knowing that the future is totally up to me. There is so much opportunity and I’m ready to take it all in.
